Once you’re happy, just pay a relatively small fee and you’re
all set! In some instances, you may be required to pay on the
day (in line with your chosen budget). In other instances, you
may be required to make a prepayment (in line with your chosen
budget). Therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure you
have adequate funds in the payment instrument you have
provided us. You will be notified in advance via text message
when a prepayment is required, or when you will be required to
pay on the scheduled day.
In the lead up to the date, you’ll receive text messages with
clues to where you’re going:
A text confirming your mirum within 24 hours of booking
A text with the name of the nearest station the day before
your mirum
A text to tell you where you’re going 1 hour/24 hours
before your chosen time, depending if “early reveal” is
selected
We at the mirum have handpicked a selection of things to do in
London. What makes us different is that we’re curating a
personalised surprise experience for you and your plus one.
We aim to be as transparent as possible, therefore we only
take a service fee and there are no hidden charges. Some
experiences may require authorisation of a prepayment, while
others may not. We will always ask for your permission before
authorising a prepayment on your payment instrument. You will
be notified in advance via text message when a prepayment is
required, or when you will be required to pay on the day of
your mirum.
The sense of the unknown makes surprises fun, so remember to
embrace the experience…
We operate as a planning service and charge a relatively small
service fee. You can select 1 of 4 budget options, based on
the average spend per person. We have tried our best to cater
to a range of budgets.
On occasion, depending on your selected criteria, we may
require a prepayment, which will be communicated to you in
advance for authorisation.
On the day, see how you’re feeling - go under or over the
budget by as much as you want!
i can’t make it now, what shall I do?
If it’s more than 48 hours away, don’t worry! You can
rearrange your mirum by emailing us at
bookings@themirum.co.uk
for no extra charge.
However, if you contact us within 48 hours of your mirum, then
a no-show charge is taken at £25 per person.
